BeitMisk, in partnership with Banque Libano-Francaise, brings you this year’s Summer Misk festival with four nights of spellbinding performances featuring an international and eclectic lineup. After the remarkable success of last year’s inaugural edition, Summer Misk festival is set to take place once again and will, without a doubt, be one of the shining highlights of Lebanon’s long awaited summer.

As a platform to promote Lebanon’s passion for arts and culture, Summer Misk will be hosting internationally acclaimed artists who have imprinted their marks in each of their respective fields: multiple Grammy award-winning artist Wyclef Jean, master of world instrumental music Guy Manoukian, the first ever Beirut International Comedy Showcase, and finally platinum selling artist and ‘Torn’ hit-maker Natalie Imbruglia.

People can enjoy the renowned Summer Misk experience starting at 7 pm with the Sunset bar, carefully selected food offerings and cocktails, and panoramic view that overlooks Beirut and the Mediterranean. Feel-good tunes will be spinning throughout to further amplify the summer mood of the night.
Coupled with last year’s stellar reviews and incredible success, Summer Misk is back to prove once more that it is Lebanon’s herald for world-class acts and musicians hailing from all corners of the globe.

Wyclef Jean – June 4

Grammy Award-Winning Artist
Being a solo superstar and a founding member of the Fugees, Wyclef Jean has won four Grammy Awards and his name as a solo artist was further registered in pop culture with the smashing blockbuster Hips Don’t Lie (featuring Shakira). His upcoming album, Clefication, features contributions from Afrojack, Emeli Sandé, and multi-platinum DJ/recording artist Avicii.
Guy Manoukian – June 5
Master of World Instrumental Music
Lebanese musician, composer and pianist, Guy Manoukian has been a local and international key musical player for the last decade. With 8 albums out and many international awards won, Guy has become one of the most sought after composers in the field. Working with the biggest pop acts, he recorded “On Tour” with Wyclef Jean, worked with 50 Cent, French rapper Diams, Raul Di Blasio and Mario Reyes of the Gipsy Kings family and has performed globally at sold-out venues, from Singapore’s Esplanade to the Sydney Opera House.

Being only 27 years old, Nick Cody has performed to sold-out crowds at shows like the Melbourne International Comedy Festival & Sydney Comedy Festival.
Anil Desai – UK
Best known as an impressionist, Anil Desai has become a household name at international festivals.
El Jaquar – Mexico
El Jaquar blends between stand-up comedy and improvisation to create a night you won’t forget.
Natalie Imbruglia – June 7
Australian superstar, actor, performer, songwriter Natalie Imbruglia will return to the world stage with her first album in 8 years. The album will be entirely covers of songs that have inspired Natalie throughout her life- a collection ranging from the iconic Neil Young to French phenoms Daft Punk.
