I can well imagine that the thought of cooking and eating snails may seem a forkful too far for some people, but snails have a long and illustrious gastronomic history.
The Romans were very fond of them, and introduced snail farming all over their empire. The Lebanese inherit eating snails from the Romans, but still not all Lebanese eat it.
How we like to eat snails:
We like to eat it with garlic,or taratur (sesame sauce ),or a la Bourguignonne with garlic and butter.
